Traditional property messaging was thrown out the window, instead the campaign was grounded in original research and thought leadership. In partnership with YouGov, we surveyed more than 1,000 UAE homeowners to uncover changing attitudes towards wellness, toxic living, and the future of residential design. Those insights became the foundation of a white paper, Toxic Living & Longevity in the UAE, transforming consumer data into a compelling media narrative that resonated across property, business, sustainability, and lifestyle publications. Through this evidence-led discussion, EYWA became the benchmark for longevity-focused real estate and the brand remained at the centre of industry conversations.
