Our role was to listen first, to understand what already existed, what was missing, and what employees truly wanted the brand to stand for.
What followed was a deep dive into the heart of the organisation. Conversations with leadership, honest input from employees, and a wide-reaching internal survey began to paint a clear picture. From there, the direction emerged naturally, grounded in three simple but powerful ideas: family, people, and fun. These words became the foundation for everything that followed. A new visual identity took shape, alongside a refreshed vision and mission that felt more aligned with reality. Employees stepped into the spotlight through a dedicated shoot, becoming the face of the brand they were helping redefine. It became a meaningful reset, one that brought clarity, energy, and a renewed sense of connection across the business.
